"George Best's story is just really sad tale of alcoholism ruining one of the best players ever that helped get Manchester United back to the top of European football after the Munich plane disaster. It was nice to hear the audio clips of himself and Matt Busby. And then his still living teammates' and opponents' views on him as a player and his later life too. "

"A documentary about one of the world's best football players whose talent on the pitch was blighted by his drinking which would ultimately kill him. He was the first ever celebrity footballer which would pave the way for superstars such as David Beckham etc. Nobody can doubt how good he really was, the man was exceptional when the ball came to him. He had it all and he threw it all away. Once he started drinking, everything else didn't really matter. It's very sad how his life unravelled and no "
