If you are a fan of the Toho Monster/Fantasy movies this is worth a look. I would reccomed the uncut Japanese version over the English language dub. I think it's entertaining but there are some serious lapses in logic. Then again it's a movie about a giant monster called Frankenstein not "The Godfather".

Spoiler alert!
In this particular Frankenstein movie, Doc Vic's creation enters the Toho universe & goes from being just a plain ol' human-sized Frankenstein's Monster to becoming a giant several stories tall Frankenstein's Kaiju Monster. Well, at least, in his heart he does.
And here's the spoiler alert part; despite what the movie title suggests, Frankenstein doesn't really actually conquer the world. But at the height of 300 feet, he does end up covering alot more landscape than before.

I always thought that this one was fairly underrated. The Toho Frankenstein is an interesting creation and there are scenes with him that are very atmospheric and memorable. This would also introduce Baragon, one of my favorites of the Toho monster menagerie. "

"Baragon
Baragon is a minor enemy in the Godzilla world, but he's determined and can put up a good fight even against the stronger monsters. He also has a sizable following in Japan. Then again, Japan's an eccentric market and Mothra has her own cult, so I guess that's not saying much.
Main Attack: Hits enemies nasal horn-first
Special Attack: Fires a head beam out of his mouth
Recovery: Does one of his trademark high jumps"

"Yes Frakenstein's monster as well joined Toho along with the first appearance of Baragon pfft... nobody cares about Baragon these days.Baragon would later Return in Destroy All Monsters, as well as Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack.
As for Frankenstein,
Frakenstein
