Description: The plants and trees are woken by the dawning of the new spring, heralding an idyllic dance of flora. Movie Reviews (1501-1550) (50 movies items)

" The Ups: It is a cute cartoon about trees and flowers dancing and one bad villain too. It is the first three color animation short movie. The Downs: It makes you wish for the spring again doesn't it? Not the funniest of the Disney shorts. "

1001 Animated Shorts You Must See - The Full List (1001 movies items)

"DIR: Burt Gillett SUMMARY: It's Spring and the flowers, trees and other plants are alive with energy. Amidst this idyllic scene, a fight breaks out for the affections of a lady tree, leading to an outbreak of fire. WHY IT'S HERE: 'Flowers and Trees' was the first Disney cartoon to be produced using the full colour three-strip Technicolor process and it was the ideal candidate for this experiment. Beautifully alive with colour, the cartoon's bright flora and fauna were perfect subjects to bri"
