I think Julie Christie is a fascinating actress (the best ever according to Al Pacino) and I wish I would see more movies with her. Basically, she's the reason why I watched this flick. I thought she gave a very good performances and Alan Bates and Terence Stamp were both pretty good too. However, I never really cared about the story or the characters. An average movie

“I think Julie Christie is a fascinating actress (the best ever according to Al Pacino) and I wish I would see more movies with her. Basically, she's the reason why I watched this flick. I thought she gave a very good performances and Alan Bates and Terence Stamp were both pretty good too. However, I never really cared about the story or the characters. When I was watching the movie, I really wanted to give all the characters a kick in the butt so they could move on with their lifes. Still, even though I was rather disappointed by the story, it remains a well made romantic movie and it is definitely worth a look, especially if you like the genre.” read more
