The title word *Extraordinary* applies to the acting performance of the entire cast, Fraser, Ford, Russell, Fraser's on-screen kids... everyone is indeed *extraordinary*.
The little girl, Megan, even looks like Fraser, the cast was so good.
The performances were credible. Fraser looked tired all through the movie (with his new responsibilities, the moving, etc. he *had* to look tired),... read more

"Extraordinary" true story of a father's search for a cure for his children suffering from Pompe disease is well-intentioned, well-acted, and very emotional. Okay, so we really don't see a movie just because Harrison Ford is in it, let alone Brendan Fraser, but some of us has a heart for heart-tugging drama, and it's what we get here.

An average movie

“Honestly, I had some rather low expectations concerning this movie but since I'm a huge fan of Harrison Ford, I still wanted to check it out anyway. Eventually, I must admit it was not bad at all. I mean, the first 30 minutes were pretty terrible and it was not much better than your average made-for-TV real life tale with some awfull sentimental cheesy music. However, when Fraser and Ford finally get in business, I must say that the whole thing got much better. Indeed, I thought the way they describe the whole thing from a personal point of view but also from a scientific point of view and from the business point of view was really interesting. I also liked the performances of Brendan Fraser and Harrison Ford. I usually don't like Fraser at all but I must admit that he was really good here” read more
