This was David Lynch's full length feature directing debut and it took him about 5 years to finish it with not much of a financial backing. Personally, this movie had a massive impact on me and it has always been a major influence on my movie watching ever since. Eraserhead is now the single most bizarre film that I have ever seen. Eraserhead has dethroned The Fountain from that spot. It is a film that is filled with a very complex story that is very hard to follow. It is one of those films that some people probably wouldn't like very much because of that. I'm writing a movie review today because I saw "Eraser head" a few months ago and it's been festering inside my head for so long that I just have to make my feelings about how terrible it is (and how stupid most of the people that love it are) more public.
