A very good movie

“Since I really enjoyed the first installment about this notorious criminal, I was really eager to check the second part. It is actually rather difficult to write a separate review since it is actually one movie in 2 parts. Indeed, once again, the directing was solid, the story was quite fascinating and, once again, Vincent Cassel really rocked this performance. I must admit that I did miss some continuity between the two movies though. Indeed, at the end of the first part, Mesrine is in Canada and has just escaped from jail and at the beginning of the second part, he is in France robbing some banks. What happened in between? How did he get back in France? Furthermore, I thought that the ending was rather anti-climatic and redundant. Indeed, even before watching those movies, you know how i” read more
