Very much a worthy sequel to Die Hard, this film is my favourite setting for a Die Hard film out of the quadrilogy. McClane is back and once again his christmas is cursed by pesky terrorists who seize control of Dulles airport. McClane appears to meet his wife who is flying in for the holidays when the airport is seized by militants who prove their authority by crashing an incoming aeroplane into the ground. With McClane fighting to save the lives of countless passengers on the remaining flights (Including the life of his wife), he begins to unravel what is happening and always remains a step ahead of the local police, much to their dismay.
