A bit of a disappointment with regards to the Cube trilogy. One of the most striking concepts of the original Cube film was the magnificent array of traps which gruesomely snared the participants in their quest to escape. They've pretty much done away with these ingenious contraptions for this film and put everybody in a massive white cube that occasionally comes alive and morphs a room around, killing anybody in it in the process.

The characters are less important this time around too. There's no feeling that each of them is there to play a role. The ending is completely anticlimactic too. It's nothing that really fits in with the rest of the Cube trilogy canon.
