An average movie

Even though I didn't expect much from this flick, since I have a weak spot for Ray Liotta, I thought I should give it a try. On the positive side, I must say it was nice to see him doing something else than his usual psychos but, a part from that, I can't say I enjoyed this flick. Indeed, it was just too sentimental and predictable for me. I mean, they try to develop an interacial love relationship and that's a noble cause but there is absolutely no deepth concerning the characters and it makes the whole thing rather tedious to watch. It seems that Whoopy Goldberg only shows up in obnosixous comedies or oversentimenal dramas. Anyway, I was kind of bored during the whole thing and it is not really worth a look, even if you have a weak spot for Ray Liotta like I do.
