Words can't describe how hilarious this film turned out. I did a little bit of research and found out that it cost $50 million to make this film. What a hoot! I hope that cheque was written exclusively to Tim Curry for his fee, as he was the only saving grace of this farcical. Me and my friends spent most of the time debating where we'd seen all of the black actors before. Each one has gone on to better things it seems, token roles for all! Instantly charmed by the exuding charisma of Ernie Hudson from the off, I expected another film with the same sort of 'feel' as 'Outbreak'. Instead, what I got was a non-stop barage of mundane tosh intertwined with some laughable violence and a crazy ray gun. And I really mean non-stop!
