It's about a heist by a mysterious robber. Two cops, a rookie and a veteran, investigate on the case. Overcomplicated plot, like the title suggests. Underwhelming cast, and names like Wesley Snipes and Ryan Phillippe don't save the day. Result: you'll wait until the end to find out if anything good comes up. And the final surprise, sort of.

Chaos is just another cop/bad guy thriller with a few good names attached. I never expected this to be anything more than it turned out to be, which is disappointing especially when you consider the talent involved.

I have seen better "in the end all pieces fit together" movies than this one (much better and many, that is), but still: I like Statham, and taking the attention from the main actors and letting the 2nd row characters be the heros in the end had its moment.

"21.01.2013 "I need to speak with you." "Well that's where you run out of luck. Because I don't need to speak with you!" This is one of the few Jason Statham movies i had not seen before. I had heard it was pretty bad so i never really bothered with it until now, but it was surprisingly decent. The story was good for a movie like this and even had a couple of cool twists that i did not see coming. I was very disappointed that we did not get a fight scene between Jason Statham and Wesley Snipes "

A surprising movie

“Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from this flick. Back in the 90's, Wesley Snipes was a major action star but nowadays his movies are really lame and most of a time directly released in DVD. However, this movie was a nice surprice and it was actually better than I expected. The whole thing was rather well made with some cool action scenes and the story was rather decent with a good cast (Wesley Snipes, Jason Statham, Ryan Philippe). Above all, I was entertained during the whole thing. To conclude, it is not a masterpiece whatsoever but it is a decent action movie and it is definitely worth a look.” read more
