Eventually, it is a very peculiar and interesting documentary dealing with a rather unsettling subject. "Documentary on the Friedmans, a seemingly typical, upper-middleclass Jewish family whose world is instantly transformed when the father and his youngest son are arrested and charged with shocking and horrible crimes.
A strange one.
Whilst quite engrossing to watch this is another docu' where you never really get to the truth in the story. Thought-provoking & a bit sad also."

Kiehtovassa dokumentissa seurataan juutalaisen perheen elämää ja kokonaisen perheyksikön tuhoutumista perheen isän ja nuorimman pojan joutuessa kumpienkin epäillyksi pedofiliasta. Elokuvan ohjaaja Jarecki käyttää erittäin paljon apunaan virallisia uutisfilmejä ja ennen kaikkea perheen omia kotivideoita.
Jokainen saa dokumentissa vuoron puhua poliiseista lakimiehiin, tutkivista"
