Swedish Film History (2001-13) (404 movies items)

" Continues strongly on the first movie and leaves the viewer satisfied enough. As reader of the books I would have loved the movie had kept the final dialogue from the book, but I am positive about this movie, but only in its intact 2 film (or TV series version), and not in its American international version that cuts everything away (like they did with "Kingdom of Heaven") "

"Directed by: Peter Flinth Starring: Joakim Nätterqvist, Sofia Helin, Stellan Skarsgård Rating: 7/10 The sequel is better. It's pretty much a very good medieval movie. The battle scenes are excellent, and the romance appears more beliveable. What doesn't work so well tough, is the gap in years. The characters doesn't seem to age despite it being 20 years, or 6 years later. "
