“The concept of this movie is funny. Robert De Niro (The Mission ) plays "Paul Vitti," a man who thinks that there is a stigma about going to a psychiatrist, and that he might potentially become homosexual by just going to one. He is obviously clueless about what therapy is all about. After having been involved in the mob, he starts having panic attacks; chest pains, can't breathe, and all the symptoms that psychiatrists look for to diagnose a patient. I guess the mobster has some feelings after all. The only thing I don't get is if a mobster is too macho to take drugs, why go to a psychiatrist? Paul has problems opening up to a psychiatrist because all he does is basically illegal. In such case the patient and doctor privileges do not apply, and the doctor should have called the cops.
