I have seen many comedies with Steve Martin and, honestly, I see their appeal but I never really enjoy them. This movie is not an expection. The premise is rather lame and the jokes are not really funny. Only for Steve Martin's fans.

"I remember that I was disappointed that there wasn't more screen time with Lily Tomlin when I watched the film the first time. I have to say the film hasn't held up that well over time and wasn't half as fun as I had remembered. It is still a good comedy film from the 80's."
