2 votes A typical Pierce Brosnan crime mystery thriller, but this one falls far short of his performance in the Thomas Crown Affair. The Bosnan, Woody Harrelson, Salma Hayek triangle is stale and the ultimate score is all build up-weak twist.

2 votes The people are gorgeous, the scenery is gorgeous, the diamond is gorgeous but that's just not enough. The characters are all weak and so is the plot. Brosnan can't keep himself from stealing, Hayak can't leave Brosnan even though he's commitment phobic, and Haralson plays someone who can only react to unlucky situations. This movie is a pretty good example but since there was a nice cast, I still wanted to check it out.
