I know it is a big classic but I was rather underwhelmed. The cast is rather fantastic (Dirk Bogarde, Sean Connery, Ryan O'Neal, Gene Hackman, Michael Caine, Anthony Hopkins, James Caan, Liv Ullmann, Elliott Gould, Laurence Olivier, Robert Redford !) but, honestly, I thought the story was rather dull. But since it is a classic and considering this amazing cast, it is still definitely worth a look.
