Fan service for the johnny the homicidal maniac, invader zim crowd who hangs out at hot topic. Visually creative yes, but that's where the creativity stops. This movie suffers from quite a few key elements of story telling. Weak plot, absolutely no character development, and bad pacing to name a few.

When i first saw the trailer of this movie i knew i would see a decent film, after i watched the Movie i knew i saw a good film. I would rate this movie 7/10 as i feel that there could of been some improvements in the film itself.

"This was a little bit disappointing for me. I expected a much darker tale to be produced by Tim Burton. Instead, I got an interesting concept that was executed half-decently. " 9 is a sci-fi movie that takes the high tech of it's visuals & combines them with the kind of original character designs that I always believed could be utilized more often with the whole CGI technology that is currently available at filmmakers' mouse-maneuvering fingertips.
