This is such a gentle film and its gentility reflects the relationship of the main characters: one, a young man who can turn his hand to virtually anything and the other, a woman squashed in an unhappy relationship. By now, I have seen 4 movies directed by Kim Ki-Duk and this flick is the only one which actually convinced me. As usual, the directing is sober but still really beautiful and I really loved it. “3 Iron is a Korean movie with English subtitle. The movie is about one & half hour with only a few dialogues, even than the movie is a powerful cinematic rendition. Story of a young, quiet, talented and homeless Hee Jae, who find houses temporary unoccupied by putting advertising pamphlet on the door knobs and if these pamphlet found untouched by night time he break open those houses for temporary solace. "1/28/13 A truly magnificent film that I almost passed over. I'm so very glad that I did not. It focuses on the relationship between a young drifter and an abused housewife that he meets after sneaking into her house. During the course of the film, the pair never speak a word to one another. It poses the question of just what is reality and what is a dream and offers what could happen in a chance random meeting to completely change someone's life. A truly beautiful film. Pure magic."
