This film deserves about 1,000 times the recognition it gets. I really liked the added emtional depth to the story and thought it made Freddy scarier than ever before. I really don't see any reason to dislike this film.

I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW ANYONE CAN LIKE THIS AWFUL, VILE PIECE OF BORING TRASH!!!! *takes in a deep breath* I'm a fan of the original and hated to see a talentless imbecile like Rob Zombie skewer it like this. There's no good kills, no likeable characters and it's filled with pointless nudity. Worst movie EVER.

I had to watch this film THREE times to see that it's enjoyable. I can now, however happily pop this film in when I need a cheesy horror flick and have a great time. As long as no one is looking.

Paul from Cabin Fever (too bad I couldn't find a NORMAL looking picture of him.)

I went with Paul because I couldn't think of anyone else. We both have a strangely gentle nature for being guys and suck at telling girls how we feel about them. I however don't share his sex drive.

I watched it when it first came out at the age of twelve and thought it was the best installment in the series. Now I can easily see it's the worst. With retarded deaths, awful acting and an incredibly dry script.

After seeing the trailer I thought I was in for a pretty scary movie. Sadly, I wasn't. This film is corny, features awful CGI and some really bad acting. It felt severly medicore from begining to end with only about 4 cool scenes. Worst horror of 2010.

I know some people say it's just the American remake of High Tension, but I honestly thought it was a thousand times better than that piece of crap. Chromeskull is a snazzy looking, hard core atagonit and the kills are a real treat for any slasher fan such as myslef. Just don't watch the awful, torture porn sequal.

19 - Favorite movie based on a book/comic/etc.



This has been the best super hero movie for me since I first saw it as a wee sprite. I really like the character of Peter Parker as he reminds me somewhat of myself. So watching an underdog like me beat the crap out of villians was solid entertainment. Plus at the time I had a huge crush on Kirsten Dunst. :D

Before you jump on me and start screaming that I an't appreciate the classics because I'm a teen let me clarify something. I love 80's horror. But this one sucks. I thought it was boring, just a bunch of underdevolped people like things standing around screaming at eachother with an alien sub-plot thrown in. Sure the special effects were awesome. Why can't we see more of them?

Hands down, my all time favorite is this masterpiece. I love this film because everyone can read into it's meaning differently. To me it's about the importance of our existence in this world and how we should cherish every day. The end, even though you saw it coming is jaw-dropping.
