1. Charlie's Angels (2000)
Acting is hard, so when the Angels are fighting the 'thin Man, right before Drew Barrymore lifts up Lucy Liu to spin her around and kick the thin man, to get Lucy's attention, Drew hollers out "Lucy!" which would have been ok if that was her characters name, but it isn't, its Alex!

2. Titanic (1997)
This is an easy mistake to make as it relies on checking facts first (something movies aren't big on). The lake mentioned in the movie was only filled with water in 1918 when a power company built a dam on the Chippewa River, six years 'after' the Titanic sank. Then again he could have just been lying just to get into her pants!

3. Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977)
So famous now, a stormtrooper smacks his head on the door frame on entry (he's the one on the far right!). On the DVD release they've added a thump when he hits it.

Star Wars (ROTJ) is also well known for having craft fly through each other in battle scenes.

4. Gladiator (2000)
To turn a chariot you need a lot of air and a piston, which is rammed into the ground at the right moment. So in the Colosseum scene, when one of the chariots is turned over, as the dust settles you can clearly see the gas cylinder used in the back of the chariot.

5. Spider-Man (2002)
Spider-Man throws two men, who were mugging Mary Jane, into windows behind her. Spider-Man beats up the other two guys and when it cuts back to Mary Jane the two windows behind her are intact.

Mary Jane Pronto Glazing can be contacted on...

6. The Wizard of Oz (1939)
At the start of the movie, while Dorothy is still on the farm, she walks along the pig pen fence and then falls in. When Bert picks her up out of there her dress is perfectly clean. Magic - sadly she hadn't met the wizard yet!

Mary Jane's Pronto Dress Cleaning Service anyone?!

7. X2: X-Men United (2003)
When the President is visited by the X-Men, he receives a blue binder, which is laid in front of him on the table. When the x-men have left, you see a shot including the President's desk, and you can see that the only thing he has on the table are some sheets of paper, stapled in the upper left corner, opened up. Then the shot changes to a close-up of the President, and then back again, and you see the blue binder in front of him, closed, and the papers have disappeared.

8. Jurassic Park (1993)
Remember this was back in the day when we weren't all YouTube mad. In the scenes where there's a video link to the docks shown on computer, there's a bar moving along the bottom of the screen, showing us that it's actually a video that's just playing on the computer. Tut, should have used video tape!

9. Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005)
This takes place in New York City amongst other locations, however during the car chase where Mr and Mrs Smith are fighting off the three BMW's, a wide shot clearly shows a street sign announcing Los Angeles. That was one hell of an edited chase scene - would love to see the lost footage on the DVD release.

10. Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the B... (2003)
When Jack says "On deck, you scabrous dogs," to the very left edge of the screen over Jack's shoulder is a crew member with a tan cowboy hat, white short sleeve tee shirt and sunglasses, just standing there looking out to sea - well what did you expect pirates to wear?!

11. School of Rock (2003)
There's a scene where the girl says "Jack", the actors name, when she should have said "Dewey", that is the character's name!

Getting everything right in a movie is so hard, this list shows just how some of the big things can get missed during the editing process.
