I finally got to see this masterpiece. It deserves all the praise it gets for sure. Yorokobu's rating:
Rewatched 1/3/13
This movie is just as good with multiple viewings. I'll never be able to watch another movie about Lincoln without comparing it to this one. Yorokobu's rating:

I was bored out of my brains watching this one. That might be acceptable for a low-budget arthouse drama, but it's UN-acceptable for a horror-thriller of all things. Yorokobu's rating:

Not bad, but not great. More of a psychological look into the collapse of society (due to a zombie plague) than a gore-fest of People vs. Zombies. Yorokobu's rating:

I think Tarantino is overrated (still), but I have to admit that this was a pretty good movie. Django needed more dialogue in my opinion. Yorokobu's rating:

Why is this movie rated so highly? It's an average horror-thriller with bad acting and a boring, predictable plot twist at the end. Yorokobu's rating:

This movie is not really meant to "entertain," as most mainstream movies are - that much is clear by the latter 1/3 of the movie. Instead, this movie really makes you think. Yorokobu's rating:

Wow! I despise Westerns but loved this one, which goes to show you its positives (incredible characterization and acting) far outweighed my general distaste for Westerns. Yorokobu's rating:

A touching, sentimental ghost story? Who would've thought? Yorokobu's rating:

Not bad for PG-13 horror. The ending was extremely disappointing, however, and they overused the CGI. Yorokobu's rating:

I love cheesy 80s horror movies, and TerrorVision is an under-appreciated gem in the genre. I laughed throughout. Yorokobu's rating:

I really don't understand why this is rated so low. It does nothing revolutionary, sure, but it's a refreshing breath of fresh air in horror/thrillers. The protagonist is actually intelligent and likeable. Yorokobu's rating:

Whoa. This movie is...uh...intense. Frank is definitely scarier than the Cenobites, although that thing that hangs from the ceiling is definitely nightmarish. Great special effects are in this, too. Yorokobu's rating:

I LOVED this. Entertaining fluff that really hit all the right notes with me. The book is much better (books usually are), but this was a pretty good adaptation of the zombie-romantic-comedy. Yorokobu's rating:

This Nazi zombies movie has almost no plot and character development, but I give it this rating for pretty good effects and great comedic timing. Yorokobu's rating:

I know it's a horror classic and all...but it wasn't as great as I was lead to believe. The really good parts of the film weren't enough to get rid of the overall "meh" feeling. Yorokobu's rating:

Just thinking about this movie makes me giggle. It's a low-budget knockoff of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, sure, but the effects and acting aren't THAT bad. At least it's entertaining! Yorokobu's rating:

This movie was....pretty bad. I like low budget zombie movies, but there's just no excuse for awful acting and a dumb plot that takes itself way too seriously. Yorokobu's rating:

An introspective view of life and loss, told in the form of an allegory. Thoughtful without being too preachy. I loved it. Yorokobu's rating:

I finally got to see one of the most beloved horror camp movies of all time, and I gotta say it was pretty entertaining. Not a masterpiece compared to a lot of films, but pretty great for the horror genre. Yorokobu's rating:

A thriller that's all the more thrilling because it's true. I was on the edge of my seat for a lot of it. Great acting, script, and sets. Yorokobu's rating:

Fairly average 80s-style action flick. It actually didn't use a lot of genre cliches, which I appreciated. This is a good one for the Stallone fans. Yorokobu's rating:
