Very fun film if you're a fan of The Beatles although it's not their best film. I prefer Hard Day's Night or Yellow Submarine over this. But it has some good jokes, good songs and a decent plot.
A great movie! It's a really good mystery movie with great performances. Great characters too, Lisbeth is such a badass. It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. However, it was very strangley paced, sometimes it felt as though it were going too fast, and other times it felt as though it were going too slow. But overall, a great movie.
This movie was awful. It was boring, gross, unfunny. It had maybe one or two laughs in it, but other than that, it was just a bunch of guys trying to get laid. It also has tons of odd scenes added here and there to make you think that it has heart, but it doesn't. Avoid this movie.
Classic Coen brothers. If someone wanted a basic introduction to them, this would be the perfect movie. It's got dark comedy, violence. What more could you possibly want?
Surprisingly funny. I didn't think I was going to like this movie. I thought it would be an American Pie situation (everyone my age loved that movie, I hated it). But I was surprised, it was a pretty good satire.
This movie was hilarious. Jeff Bridges was awesome as the dude, this movie has so many memorable scenes and lines. It's the Coen brothers at their finest.
This was a rewatch, but this movie is just as funny, if not funnier the second time around. More people really need to watch this movie, it's amazing. It's also scary how whats happening in real life is shown in this movie. When you think about it, Tosh.0 is basically "Ow My Balls". Wont be long until "Ass" comes out.
Great movie, really loved the ending. Christian Bale was great as Alfred. But, it was kind of confusing, especially the begginning when Alfred is reading Robert's diary entries about reading Alfred's diary.
If you don't think that Ben Stiller is a comedy genius then your logic is flawed and you can not be trusted. This movie only further prooves how amazing Ben Stiller is. He takes the comedy stereotype of a character being on the borderline of just goofy and clinically insane, and changes it by making the character literally insane. Hilarious movie.
Another rewatch, but who cares it's a good movie. I would rewatch this movie a thousand times, it's a great movie. And if you think differently, you must die! I'm joking. Good movie.
This movie was pretty funny, nothing special. It's one of those movie's that had too many of it's funniest scenes in the trailer. Overall, it was okay.
Remember when Tim Burton cared about his movies? Remember when his movies were about outcasts that we all could relate to becuase he himself could relate to them so well. Remember when he wasn't just milking his Johnny Depp, Danny Elfman children choir, Helena Bonham Carter schtick? Those were the good old days.
This movie was kinda bad. Who thought it would be a good idea to cast Arnold Schwartzenegger in a comedy role? It doesn't work. Some of the jokes are pretty funny, but most of them aren't.
This movie was okay. I was kind of biased about it because I don't like Kristen Stewart or Ryan Reynolds, but it was better than I expected. Their performances were, of course, nothing special. But Michael Cera, I mean Michael Cera, I mean Jesse Eisenberg was alright.
This is actually a really funny movie, shame not a lot of people have seen it. This movie is the most stereotypical movie ever. Every stereotype in movie history is presented in this movie. Stereotypical cop, stereotypical bad guy. But it's got some great scenes and really funny lines.
What do I have to say about this movie? Well, it was okay. It wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible, it was just okay. And that's all I have to say about that.
The Palm D'or, a best picture nomination, really? This movie was a mess. The first hour is a jumbled mess of God knows what, and then in the second hour they realize a plot is nessecary. When they get the plot going it's just a coming of age story set in the 50's, and it's done really well. So why couldn't that be the whole movie, why do you gotta go all philisophically apeshit on us?
What a stupid movie, although I don't really know what I was expecting. It's like one of those internal struggle movies, except you can't take it seriously because the internal struggle is a fucking beaver puppet. Also, you have to sit through the annoying son's story.
This movie was good. The performances in it were amazing, Viola Davis and Octavia Spencer were deffinitely Oscar worthy. However, it was way too long and kind of got boring. And I really don't like Emma Stone.
Well, it wasn't terrible. It had some funny lines and moments, but overall a forgettable experience. I was also hoping for some more 80's nostalgia, like in Hot Tub Time Machine. I just really like the 80's.
I'll give you what was clearly the best thing about this movie.
I don't think I need to say how hilarious this movie is. They need to make more movies like Spaceballs. Wouldn't it be hilarious if they re-released Spaceballs in 3D? Or if they made a bunch of poorly written, poorly acted prequels... never mind.
This was just a great movie. You really need to turn your mind off for this movie and just have a great time. This is the most fun I've had watching a movie in a long time. I highly reccomend.
Pretty funny movie. This is actually the first Woody Allen movie I've seen, so I wasn't sure what to expect at all. But I really liked it. I really should check out some more of his work.
Bad movie. The animation was great, but the story and the jokes all sucked. I didn't even like the main villain, and he was played by GARY OLDMAN! Way to go Kung Fu Panda, you somehow made it possible to make a Gary Oldman character unbearable. If you really want to watch a Kung Fu Panda movie, for some weird ass reason, stick to the first one.
If you don't like The Beatles, you won't like this movie. If you like The Beatles, but aren't a die hard fan, you won't like this movie. Only huge Beatles fans and people who are high will like it.
They went full retard with this one. It was chock full of gross out humor. So if you're into that kind of humor, I guess you might like it. But I hated it, it's unfunny, poorly acted and how the fuck does Thadeous, a one-dimensional loser character, get Natalie Portman (who, by the way doesn't show up until half way into the movie and she's completely unnecessary, clearly only there to be a love interest)?
I like Vince Vaughn, I think he's a funny guy. I think it's funny when he does that thing where he just keeps fast talking about absolutely nothing, that always cracks me up. Unfortunately, a lot of his movie's suck, this is one of those movies. It get's kind of depressing, which really wasn't what I was expecting from this movie. Also, what was the deal with Queen Latifah's character?
Pretty funny movie, great to see Simon Pegg and Nick Frost in a movie again. Although, I wish they would've picked someone else to play Paul. I didn't feel that Seth Rogan fit.
As a Beatles fan, I fucking loved this movie! Getting an insiders look on the making of a Beatles album. But, non-Beatles, or non-music fans wont really care.
Uhhh, it was just okay. It had some good action, some good comedy, but it had a very simple plot. Something that would come out of an episode of CSI, but not a complete movie. Also, John Travolta's character was really annoying.
I've had this movie on DVD for about 2 1/2 years now, I've never got around to watching. But I'm glad that I did, it was great. It had great performances by the whole cast and some pretty badass action scenes.
Great movie, not my favorite of the year, but it still was a great movie. I love black and white movies, they just give me a certain feel that wins me over every time.
This was an alright movie. It felt kind of long and it got pretty confusing, but I never felt bored throughout the movie, and I found the ending really cool.
This movie was good, but I kind of expected better. I mean it's Martin Scorsese! I guess I'm a little bitter because I loved the book, it was a lot more serious than the movie, the whole childishness of the movie sort of turned me off a bit.
Great action movie, the best of the series (so far[?]). It had action, suspense, and even just the right amount little humor(I mean, Simon Pegg is in it so you're gonna expect a few laughs). It's probably the best action movie since Inception.
