Last 20 minutes with Suzy Kendall and the killer in the chatéau is one of the most unforgettable moments in horror cinema.
Tuomas 's rating:
Classic. Rick Moranis and Bill Murray are brilliant! Look for a Ron Jeremy cameo.
Tuomas 's rating:
Director's Cut. Nice charachter-study + very intense lead role from Kevin Bacon. CGI takes over at the end.
Tuomas 's rating:
Corny courtroom-drama. YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!
Tuomas 's rating:
The scene where Josey Wales gives his word of life and his word of death to great indian chief -is without the doubt one of the strongest moments in ANY western movie. The movie is a metaphoar for Vietnam war.
Tuomas 's rating:
Exciting movie because i didn't know the ending (yeah, I had a hole in my history knowledge). Good movie from the beloved 70's.
Tuomas 's rating:
Awful movie but Tom Savini's gore effects are great! The main characters are annoying and unlikable but the murder-scenes are so good that this is a guilty pleasure.
Tuomas 's rating:
Used to love this but after second watch movie felt uneven
Tuomas 's rating:
Sentimental movie plays for tears. I love this movie, but the ending is lame and weak
Tuomas 's rating:
Philip Kaufman is brilliant director but Quills dissapoints a little bit. It's well acted but dull at points.
Tuomas 's rating:
Great fun! My favorite in the series after the original.
Tuomas 's rating:
Carpenter wanted to do vampire-movie with AIDS fears, but later decited to do this peckinpah-styled simple action horrorfilm.
Tuomas 's rating:
Psychological play turned into a slow drama with animal brutality and violence.
Tuomas 's rating:
Loved when I was a kid but now this is a lame murder-mystery. Director has no idea how to built excitment or scary scenes. I'd recommend Clint's Tightrope instead.
Tuomas 's rating:
Movie starts funny but gets louder and annoying after first 40 minutes.
Tuomas 's rating:
Poetic action movie goes beyond the "action" into bigger-than-life wisdom. Jon Voight does the infamous "tour-de-force" here.
Tuomas 's rating:
British classic! Still better than anything from Guy Ritchie.
Tuomas 's rating:
Surreal masterpiece from the master himself, David Lynch. This neo-noir movie seems to be about human mind - about spiritual brakedown. It's good to see Richie Pryor in a Lynch movie. Also look for a Guy Siner cameo, it's so random that Siner is in a Lynch picture.
Tuomas 's rating:
After first 10 minutes I thought this was garbage, but movie gets better after time passes. But after watching this over 3 hours, i was mad at myself for wasting one night with this mediocore epic.
Tuomas 's rating:
Margaret Rutherford is great in this feather-light who-did-it -murder classic.
Tuomas 's rating:
My least favorite in Rutherford's Marple-series.
Tuomas 's rating:
The formula from the past Marple-films repeats but i'm still engagent to the charachters, humor and the overall tone. Light entertainment after hard's day work
Tuomas 's rating:
Last in the Rutherford's murder-serie. Funny and light, no excitment what so ever. This was the only film in the series, when I didn't know the killer before the ending.
Tuomas 's rating:
Beck movie from the early 90's. Nothing special.
Tuomas 's rating:
What A Dissapointment! Childish movie, nothing like Smith's amazing 2006 film Clerks 2.
Tuomas 's rating:
Ben Gazzara is great villain but Patrick Swayze is amazing hero with a dark secret.
Tuomas 's rating:
Perfect film from Spielberg, possibly his best film to date. No sentimental endings alá schindler's list! Also the political message is strong.
Tuomas 's rating:
This was one of my favorite films back in the late 90's. Visually stunning film with great story and action scenes.
Tuomas 's rating:
Solid drama from the first-time-director Tommy Lee Jones. The Only problem that i had was the last third of the film.
Tuomas 's rating:
yes! But the main message about family and friendship is very strong and heartfelt!
Tuomas 's rating:
I Grew up with the Naked Gun movies and the legendary tv-show. Frank Drepin is as legendary as Sellers' Closeau.
Tuomas 's rating:
Ed Lauter: John P. Brenner! - What's the P stands for?
Schwarzenegger: Pussy I Can't believe that someones rates Commando over this? - This is almost the same film! Only difference is that this movie has a "real" story and the ending is superb. Tuomas 's rating:
Classic duh. One of the most political films from Fuller. Everyone loves Thelma Ritter in this, but everybody in the cast is in top-notch form.
Tuomas 's rating:
Great movie for children. Sentimental and predictable, but also smart movie with full of metaphoars. Think Free Willy with heartfelt charachter development and without stupid disney-like fuzz.
Tuomas 's rating:
Great french thriller! If you take the unnecessary kung fu -scene off and add some mystery behind the University world, this would be classic. I rate this movie over than it deserves, but this is movie is very entertaining.
Tuomas 's rating:
Year after year Trainspotting holds as one of the funniest and on-point drug-movies of all-time.
Tuomas 's rating:
Roger Ebert thinks that this is perfect action movie and he's right: this is good, damn good picture. My only negative thought is that the action isn't as bad ass that I wanted it to be. The ending with the prowler-tank is good thought.
Tuomas 's rating:
Weird sci-fi movie with lavish 80's glitter and odd story: some dude's robot wifey brokes down and the main charachter goes into the danger zone with a female tracker to find another sex toy for him. This is a strange mix of action and comedy. This needs another watch and quick.
Tuomas 's rating:
Nothing new under the sun here. Very formulatic movie but fun as hell. Bikers, drugs, women + The Doobie Brothers playing hard-hittin' "Dangerous" -song! Brian Bosworth reminds me of John Cena.
