I believe Megan would have to convey a very simple make up look. Not the heavy make up that she sometimes has. I think the picture here describes how I best see her playing Rose.

Remember, Rose never wore a lot of make up. She felt she never had time to. But she was described as gorgeous despite the use of make up which I think Megan Fox can acheive.

Lissa's character is very classically beautiful. And she always looks quite put together. So Evan Rachel Wood with blonde hair and a regal quality to her style would pass perfectly. In my opinion.
