List of films which really surprised me the most whether expectations were high or not.
Expectations weren't really that high for the films in this list when I was going into watching these but when they finished, so much came out and really surprised me!

Bad Santa, Let The Right One In, Monster House, Little Miss Sunshine, Kick Ass & Juno were all great surprises for me too.

The Weatherman is under rated, surprised me too. Gets a lot of schtick but I really liked it. Nicholas Cage was fairly good in the lead role too.

I'm surprised that you were surprised. Maybe I always hold certain trailers at a mid-level to high expectation level that I saw many of these movies as amazing before seeing them. However, I like the idea of this list. :3 Very nice!

I will say that I loved The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas. That. Was. An. Amazing. Movie.
