Do you remember the scene in that one episode of The Simpsons where all the characters said their catchphrases in the Simpsons' house and then stared at Lisa, who said, "If anyone needs me, I'll be in my room." to which Homer commented: "What kind of a catchphrase is that?"
The Grinch .. that's a tough one, he doesn't really have a proper catchprase, but here's a suggestion: "Maybe Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more."
Winnie The Pooh: "Oh bother!"
Felix the Cat: "Rightie-oh!"
Fat Albert: "Hey hey hey!"
Gerald McBoing-Boing: "Boing! Boing!" (it's all he ever said)
Great list. As kids we would rush home for lunch so we could watch the Flintstones from 12:00 to 12:30 and eat as we watched and then go bach to school in the afternoon. Brings back many good memories.

For Speed Racer, i think it's "I'm Speed!", something like that.
For Tweety Pie, you should change it to "I Tawt I Taw A Puddy-Tat" cuz that's what he says a-lot!
Tom sometimes says 'Don't you just believe it?' in a haunting voice... No idea about Jerry!
Mickey Mouse one is 'Oh boy' with a chuckle afterwards (Especially in his old cartoons not the 3D thingy nowadays)
For Popeye, it's "I yam what i yam"
That's it for now i guess...
Mr. Magoo- "Oh Magoo, you've done it again!"
Betty Boop- "Boop-Boop-A-Doop"
Superman- "Up,Up, and Away!"
Wonder Woman- (several) "Great Hera!"
Space Ghost- "Spaaace Ghooost!"
PowerPuff Girls- (final phrase of each episode) "And so the day has been saved, thanks to...The Power Puff Girls!"
