Why do I like it? The image is made up entirely of Ammo, both new and spent rounds. Simple but very effective.

B.D. Fox Independent

No one needs the products they advertise. Not really. Movies, television shows, videos, games. They have no functional benifits. Yet they enrich, move, entice and sometimes even enlighten us. They allow us to escape in the most wonderful ways. We invest our memotions in them and in turn the become part of our memories.
PROFOUND INTENSE INTANGIBLE.

Why do I like it? A picture is worth a thousand words, this shows why. You know what this movie is about before it even starts. The identity number and shaved head is very evocative.

Why do I like it? This captures a child's imagination, the tree creates a silhouette of the horned beast, I could go on and on about this. But suffice to say, I love the fantasy image.

Description

Before you see any movie, you will typically experience its poster first, even if its just in the lobby. These works of art/graphic design sometimes give you a glimpse of the movie, a clue as to what to expect. Other times they conceal the truth of the movie, for good cause - because its dire! This list is about the best posters, the ones that grab my attention or ones that stuck with me over time, its not about the quality of the film.

Oh and please do allow for personal preference here, this is a list of movie posters that I appreciated or liked (not just award winners). I've also listed the official blurb from each company or the people that created them.

Due to the size of this project, lists will appear alphabetically by designer.

Enjoy
