The RIDDLER
Edward Nigma aka Eddie Nashton is my all-time favourite supervillain in the whole Batman universe! Known for his obsessive-compulsive acts of leaving riddles and his genius intellect he makes one fabulous villain that doesn't rely on brute strength but superior mental abilities. And although he can't be regarded as sane anymore he is still not a bad person. Due to unfortunate events in his childhood he turned out to be a man that craves for attention and simply isn't able to not leave riddles. Even if at times he would stop at nothing...there are worse villains around that are abysmally evil. The Riddler is charming and gentleman-like, yet one big nerd and an entertainer to a certain extent. That's an Edward I'd desperately throw myself after~! ♥
The JOKER
The clown without a name, without a past. The Joker is shrouded hin mystery although he made numerous appearances as Batman's main nemesis over the time. He is very likely to be the most insane criminal in Gotham as he is suggested to have no personality of his own and just switches between a harmless and a murderous side- whatever might be more benefitting. And as dangerous as he might be, he is still so very likeable. His characteristic attire looks fancy and somewhat elegant and the make-up is creepy as hell and yet so appealingly cool. The contrast between the bright and clownish colours make his insanity and viciousness come out even stronger. A lot of his winsomeness probably has to do with the voices he's been given as well. (Mark Hamill is my favourite!) That way the Joker's laugh has become a frightening but popular icon. All those facors make him so interesting and nobody is more fit to be Batman's number one enemy.
Batman has always been one of the few superheroes I liked. The whole
Batman-Universe is very fascinating and at many points very realistic.
And of course I prefered the villains as my favourite characters ;)
So here we go with a number of my most favourite Batman Villains.
I think cat woman would be a good character to introduce. If they recreate their own version of her, there's really a lot they could do. Mr. Freeze is also one of the best out there. [Link removed - login to see]
Great job on this list, Kami-Chan! I don't mind if certain villains are missing as A) I still need to delve into the comics myself and B) I'd rather other people's lists be different from mine for an alternate viewpoint.

On that image, he barely even looks like a scarecrow now.
