Much better list than I've seen for a top 50 or 100 (check the la times top 50, for instance - no way!!), though I'm still befuddled by a couple of things. First of all, how does Natalie Portman make it into any list of all time beauties? She's as average a brunette as has ever made the big screen, and she's a terrible actress (she ruined the last three Star Wars movies almost single handedly!).
Can you also explain how Christina Ricci and Wynona Ryder make the list but Raquel Welch does not? And why would you put Mila Kunis above Bridget Bardot? Or Freida Pinto above Eva Longoria Parker and Selma Hayek with no mention whatsoever of Kim Kardashian? And who are some of these young boy looking girls on the list like Kristin Kruek, Emma Watson and Emmy Rossum? Shouldn't these girls at least be required to have a career before they compare to all time beauties like Liz Taylor and Marilyn Monroe?
Really don't understand many of the selections or what criteria were used. Clearly I agree that Liz Taylor has to be top five, so no argument there!
what about sharon stone, michelle pfeiffer, vanessa williams, heidi klum, carole lombard, linda evangelista, elisha cuthbert, monica belluci, padma lakshmi, bar rafaeli, berguzar korel, famke jansen, izabella scorupco, bridget moynahan, isabella rossellini, lena olin, liv ullmann, elizabeth mcgovern, connie nielsen, marthe keller? on the other hand, there are women on this list of yours who are not beautiful at all.
also, natasha henstridge, esther canadas, sela ward, pamela anderson, sonia braga, leslie ann down, bo derek, annabella sciorra,marisa tomei, kim wilde, kim basinger?
hedy lamarr, zsa zsa gabor, natalia vodianova, julie christie, lauren bacall, annette bening, brooke shields, jane birkin, natalie wood, linda fiorentino? i think that list of the most beautiful women in the world ever should be a lot more carefully composed.
ursula andress, ginger rogers, mae west, kirsten dunst, kim novak, jennifer lopez, jacqueline bisset, francesca neri, barbara mori, robin wright. i would keep maybe 20 of counted women from the given list. all the others could be replaced with these ones.
A lot of people seem to find Milla Jovovich attractive, but I don't know what all the fuss is about. Personally I think Kelly Brook is a million times more beautiful than her, I'd like to see her on your list. Anyway, great list, here's a vote :)

Of course the above list is valid for their appearances when they had been at their very prime (normally at their early 20s). Jennifer Lopez makes the list only for her post 2009 look.
