Note : I think Marc Foster is a very interesting director and if I recall correcly, it is the first movie I have seen directed by him. A great and shocking story with a very good directing and some top-notch acting (maybe the only very good perfomance by Halle Berry?).

Note : After all those American Pie clones, we may have forgotten how it is to be in your late teens. Those movies may be entertaining (most aren't though) but they are most of time completely unrealistic. Ghost World is a wake up call and send you right back in the reality. I really loved it.

Note : I'm not a big fan of "Kids", Larry Clark's first movie, too stereotypical for me. But this one is a huge improvement. The directing and acting are great and the story is just very bleak and chilling.

Note : If you think that Ethan Hawke can't act, you should watch this picture. Easily, his best perfomance. The directing is very good aswell and the writing is just top notch.

Note : It is already the 2nd French movie based on this true story (the other one is 'L'adversaire'). What's amazing is that both movies are very good movie. 'L'adversaire' is even better but this is one very good aswell. Very good directing and acting.
