If you can count on one color being a minority on Power Rangers, it's the black/green one. 98% of the time, if a dude in black or green spandex pops up on the show, the character underneath is a minority. While all Black Rangers remain to stay the minority, there have been few Green Rangers to not fit the stereotype. They are Jungle Fury Elephant Ranger, Master Phant (portrayed by Bruce Allpress) and R.P.M. Green Ranger, Ziggy Grover (portrayed by Milo Cawthorne). However, both of said seasons also have a Black Ranger. Not listed is S.P.D.'s A-Squad Green, who was an unnamed African American.
