Perhaps a little slighter than the typical hourglass i still think fran makes it to the list as she was an icon for the hourglass shape throughout the 90's
Uh, most of those women aren't hourglass. Half don't even have pics proving it.
Cone shaped women (top heavy, smaller hip ratio):
Salma Hayek
Kate Winslet
Jessica Simpson (who is not curvy at ALL)
Pear shaped women (bottom heavy, smaller shoulder ratio):
Kim Kardashian
Marilyn Monroe (looked hourglass when she was skinny, looked more pear when she got fatter)
Jennifer Love Hewitt
Halle Berry
Tyra Banks
Scarlett also leans toward this, since she often appears bottom-heavy.
Ruler shaped (no waist definition):
Fran Drescher (very nice Photoshopped pic of her, though)
And yes, Oprah IS an hourglass :-) sorry you people don't like her but this isn't "Hourglasses Other People Like" list, it's "REAL Hourglass List". Deal.
And Sophia is an old, old, Botoxy woman. You can feel free to hit that every which way you like but I find her gross (like most people would) and she is hardly "outshining" anyone, let anyone anyone healthy and in shape.
Most of these choices are pretty typical and boring THB. Where's Grace Kelly? Miranda Kerr? Candice Swanepoel? Nicole Scherzinger (however the thing is spelled)? Nina Dobrev? They are too small chested and healthy-looking to be rightfully acknowledged as hourglasses, because we live in a society that worships huge tits and being overweight. Not all the women are overweight on your list but you get what IA mean.
Also, Missmary, as I have modesty, I would rather not.

I'm not sure about kate winslet being an hour glass though. Her waist looks too big compared to hips and bust.
