Highly recommend The Dark Knight and Downfall. The Joker & Hitler are quite high up on most villain lists.

It was so exciting seeing soft spoken, innocent eyed Elijah Wood play a villain. I only wish he had more screen time and got to be more dramatic. Though he has such a gentle voice, it might be hard to take him seriously as a villain if he did speak. BUT I'd love to see him as a villain again.
