1. Arnold Schwarzenegger
Gender Program: Male
Status: Destroyed
Series: T-800
Model: 101
Features: Bulky
Occupation: Assassin

The Series 800 is a type of terminator mass produced by Skynet. Individual terminators within the series are often referred to as T-800's.
The T-800 was Skynet's first cybernetic organism, with living tissue over a hyperalloy endoskeleton. This made it Skynet's first successful Infiltrator unit, capable of infiltrating the human resistance.

Gender Program: Male
Status: Destroyed
Series: T-800
Model: 101 (Version 2.4)
Features: Bulky, Adaptive
Occupation: Protector

The Terminator was very logical, and at first seemed to have a limited capacity for human emotion and learning.
After his learning capabilities were activated, the Terminator began to exhibit other human traits such as humor. He could joke and he also seemed to understand sadness. Even when he was being melted down, he was still able to give John and Sarah an encouraging "thumbs up".

Gender Program: Male
Status: Destroyed
Series: T-850
Model: 101
Features: Bulky
Occupation: Protector

Although physically similar to the T-800, the T-850 has a number of noticeable differences. For one thing, it appears somewhat older than the T-800 and displays less of the sense of humor exhibited by its predecessor. He almost seems to stand up for himself when he corrects "Cybernetic Organism," instead of "Robot,". It states that one of its basic subroutines deals with human psychology, and despite its lack of humor is still able to make an emotional connection with humans.

3. Garret Dillahunt
Gender Program: Male
Status: Destroyed
Series: T-888
Model: George Laszlo
Features: Personal discretion, Witty demeanour, Independent thinking
Occupation: Assassin

The Series 888 is a type of terminator mass produced by Skynet, and the successor terminator to the Series 800. Individual terminators within the series are often referred to as T-888s.
The T-888 was made to be faster, stronger, and more resistant to damage than earlier models. Like most Series 8xx terminators, it used living tissue over a metal endoskeleton, making it capable of serving as an Infiltrator. With an endoskeleton constructed of coltan the 888 has a higher melting point than previous titanium hyperalloys, however they can be melted down with Thermite either by itself or in combination with burning tar

13. Robert Patrick
Gender Program: Male (predominately)
Status: Destroyed
Series: T-1000
Model: Unknown
Features: Mimetic polyalloy
Occupation: Assassin

The T-1000 is the most advanced infiltrator seen so far and, with the exception of Cameron Phillips, is the only Terminator to exhibit near-perfect human behavior.
He exhibits a shocked expression just before he is destroyed in the factory, and wags a finger in a "tsk-tsk" gesture at one of his attackers after an unsuccessful attempt at destroying him, and he also performs a double-take when he spots a clothing store mannequin that resembles his liquid metal form. He also displays frustration when the T-800 thwarts his interrogation of Sarah Connor, prompting him to ruthlessly beat the T-800 before impaling him.

14. Shirley Manson
Gender Program: Female (predominately)
Status: Active
Series: T-1001
Model: Catherine Weaver (original)
Features: Mimetic polyalloy
Occupation: Genesis Overseer

The T-1001 has not been adept at mimicking human emotions. Like other terminators, it has been unable to produce convincing smiles or relate to people.
Unlike most previous Infiltrator models that used living tissue over a metallic endoskeleton, the T-1001 is made of mimetic polyalloy, or "liquid metal" and can deform and take any shape it touched.

15. Kristanna Loken
The T-X is a model of Terminator produced by Skynet in the future. One model of this unit was dispatched by the Machines into the past in order to terminate John Connor. The T-X ultimately failed in its attempts to destroy the Tech-Com resistance leader.
With the success of the mimetic polyalloy T-1000 Series, Skynet continued to develop its liquid metal technology, this time combining it with an advanced endoskeleton, similar in shape and structure to that of the Series 900. The resultant T-X Series is stronger, faster, more intelligent, and more deadly than any of Skynet's other battle units, effectively making them redundant.

16. Summer Glau
Gender Program: Female
Status: Active (minor CPU damage)
Series: Unknown
Model: 715 (Allison Young)
Features: Blue eyes, Dedicated replacement, Sustenance consumption, Unsurpassed human mimicry, Possible self awareness
Occupation: Protector/Assassin

Cameron is a terminator sent from the year 2027 to protect John Connor and his mother, Sarah Connor. Cameron is from an unspecified terminator series, admittedly different than all others. She is the most realistic cyborg yet encountered, with detailed programming of social behavior. This programming was enhanced by the capture and interrogation of Allison Young, a human Resistance fighter used as the Model template for Cameron's living tissue infiltration sheath.

Shirley Manson is quite a prominent model for SCC.

Also, Franco Columbu plays the Future Terminator in Reese' flashback in T1, hes usually hinted at being a T-600 model.

Don't forget that James Ellison had a model based on himself track him down in SCC. No doubt a triple 8.

Would also be quite cool if you added further profile under Arnie for the T-850 that he played in T3.

Description

A terminator is a cyborg (cybernetic organism), typically humanoid in form, built to infiltrate, seek out and kill human beings. The robots were developed, created and produced by Cyberdyne Systems, Cyber Research Systems, and Skynet. There are two types of machines: the Humanoid Hunter Killer Units which are the T-series (also called terminators) and the Non-Humanoid Hunter Killers which are known as the HK-series (Hunter Killer). The terminator can either be autonomous or controlled by Skynet.

Due to the changing timelines, caused by the robots and others being sent back in time, the future is changing and the creation date of the terminators is changing as well.

Skynet is the core defense system which was created by Cyber Research Systems. After Skynet became self-aware, it started to make new robots. While most robots are autonomous, which means they can work by themselves, some models may also be controlled directly from Skynet.

Please note my ratings are for the actors and actresses playing the Terminators, not the characters or specific peformances themselves.
