Good list. I have (in my list!!):

1918 - Romance of Tarzan, produced by National Film Corporation of America, starring Elmo Lincoln and Enid Markey (same as the first one)

1920 - The Return of Tarzan (same as the Revenge of Tarzan above, and since you have the poster, I defer to you...

The Adventures of Tarzan was produced in 1920, not 1921

1936 - Tarzan and the Green Goddess - produced in 1936 by Burroughs-Tarzan enterprises inc, starring Herman Brix and Uma Holt

My source is: Edgar Rice Burroughs, the Man who Created Tarzan, by Irwin Porges, Ballantine Books, New York, copyright 1975 by Brigham Young University.

I have been an Edgar Rice Burroughs fan for years, and have his complete works. Now I just have to start collecting the DVDs...
