The only game from the Siren series that I have played and I think it's great it is scary the music makes it creepy as well as the enemies. I think the Japanese make the most horror games for one thing most are crazy plus they know how to make the music more dramatic.

The game is actually only out in the US by download from the PSN store. You can buy the game from the PSN store worldwide or in Asia and Europe they offer the game on Disc.
