Live 2011/2012
April 2011
You can say a lot of shit about him, but he does have good songs. It was a great show, even though he was a bit fucked up :) He mainly played old Libertines and Babyshambles' songs, and I got to stand right in front of the stage :) June 2011
It was a big show, which i'm not to fond of.. (I'm tiny, and it was difficult to see anything, even though I had a "Golden Circle" ticket, and was standing pretty close to the stage) He is one of those artist that I just have to see live once in my lifetime, and I'm glad I got to do that. His performance was as expected. (What was really nice though, was that it were light rain, and cloudy through the whole concert, but as he was singing the last song, the clouds cleared away, and the sun was setting, and it was beautiful :) September 2011
Im generally against sitting at concerts, but fits just right with Josh Groban. What more can I say? His voice is amazing :D Unfortunately, he didn't sing any of these :D Martine's rating:

This is the guy who won World Idol in 2003, and I actually liked him since his audition. (The first concert I ever went to was actually on the norwegian "Idol tour", where he and some other contestants sang :) I also saw him on his first tour, in 2004. It's not like I'm an extreme fan, but I like his music, and he's from my country (actually my city), which means he plays shows here more often than most other artists I like.) He made a christmas album, and my sister and I went to his concert, to get in a bit more of a christmas mood. He's got a really good voice, especially live, and it was really cosy :) (These are not from the concert I went to, but the second one is from the same tour) Autumn 2012?
Thom Hell is a norwegian artist that I've never really listened that much too, but I knew I liked his music, so I went to his concert. It was a small, intimate concert, and he went through every song on his new album. It was quite good :) March 2012
I went to Oslo for my birthday, just to see him live, and it was without a doubt the best concert I've ever been at! It was just him, his guitar and a loop pedal Martine's rating:

Supporting Ed Sheeran. I hadn't heard of her before but I thought she was great, and had to start listening to her music afterwards. Unfortunately i didn't get to see a lot of her, and people where quite loud, as she was performing while people where still getting into the venue. Martine's rating:

Also supporting Ed Sheeran. Also amazing. Unfortunately people were still quite chatty. They all cheered to the line "I hate ignorant folks that pay money to see gigs, and talk through every fucking song", and then continued chatting *facepalm* Martine's rating:

I haven't really listened a lot to Bruce Springsteen, but I got a free ticket. It was cold and raining, it was one of those big shows, where it's hard to see, and it went on forever. He makes one hell of a show though :) October 2012
My sister, and her boyfriend saw this guy play at a party in Paris once, and managed to get him to come to our little city to play. He played in a tiny little pub, for about 40 people, which is just the way I like it. It's intimate, and quiet which it needs to be with his type of music. It's these kind of songs, when played live, that warms my heart :D I'd been listening to a lot of his music, since I first heard one of his songs on Grey's Anatomy, and he had just released a new album, so he played a perfect mix of songs I had, and hadn't heard.
