Dorothy Stratten (Galaxina)
Charlize Theron (Aeon Flux)
Caroline Munro (Starcrash aka The Adventures of Stella Star)
Lindsay Wagner (The Bionic Woman - TV)

Obviously, there are many other choices, but mostly are not-so leading roles or co-protagonist roles..., for example Denise Richards and Dina Meyer (Starship Troopers) or Carolyn Fry (Pitch Black), and so on.
