![]() The Joker I could have gone with TLJ's Joker, but why have a cheese sandwich when caviare's on the table? The Joker is renowned for his long winded tales of how he got his scar. His nickname also arose from the smile-like manner of his affliction. This set of scars is also made more noticeable by his make-up and get-up all together. Also the force of good in this rivalry is particularly attractive, Batman's scars are kept to his torso and tormented soul. 9 Points GemLil's rating:
Scar The pride didn't beat around the bush in naming Scar. Even his son Kovu obtains a scar in Lion King 2. Although monologuing is a favourite past time of Scar's he does not particularly address how or why he got a scar. Scar however is still a wonderful example of the eyebrow-eye-cheek scar, sitting evilly on the left side of his face. Incidentally his brother Mufasa is a pristine binary opposition in every way. 8 Points GemLil's rating:
![]() Scarface Well here's a straight to the point nickname if ever I saw one. Scar face has a scar on his face, and what a scar! This beauty covers the left cheek and eye and finished off with a stunning eyebrow niche. However his mob rivals are as cut up and bruised as he is and there is no monologue that I can recall. 7 Points GemLil's rating:
![]() The Sheriff of Nottingham This prominent scar takes pride of place on the left hand side, close enough to the eye to warrant 1 point. Sheriff lets everyone know of his displeasure at being marked by Robin Hood. However, even this scar cannot mar Alan Rickman's beauteous face. 7 Points GemLil's rating:
![]() Mason Verger This film teaches us the valuable lesson, if you eat a guys face, he might try to feed you to pigs. You cannot get more obvious scar tissue that this, after an 'encounter' with Hannibal, Verger is left paralysed, without a face, blind in one eye and fed intravenously and naturally he's a bit peeved. The entire film amounts to a scar-based monologue, Verger has nothing left but to dwell on his deformity and plot his revenge. 7 Points GemLil's rating:
Ernst Stavro BlofeldDonald Pleasence's interpretation of the legendary villain Ernst Blofeld, give us one of cinemas most memorable scars, gained in a duelling accident. Brilliant eye damage here, this scar has rendered Ernst blind in one eye. The menacing and stoic Blofeld made the villain/scar relationship what it is today. 6 Points ![]() Alec Trevelyan Turncoat villain Trevelyan is given this scar when 007 alters the explosive detonators in the film opening sequence. This is a perfect example of the 'handsome' scar, only acting to improve Sean Beans rugged complexion. Close enough to his eye to warrant a point, but again this scar has lost it potential by being placed on the wrong side of his face. Pierce Brosnan presents himself has the ultimate clear-faced rival. 6 Points GemLil's rating:
![]() Sgt. Bob Barnes You've gone off the rails Sgt. Barnes, and I blame the scar. This is a prominent scar and he opposes the clean-faced Willam Dafoe, however this scar avoids the famous cross-eye dissection and is on the wrong side of the face for any points here. 6 Points GemLil's rating:
![]() Morenzy Finally we have an old school bond villain with a left hand scar, no eye dissection lets our ruskie villain down. This is an example of a thuggish scar, rather than a criminal mastermind scar. His hench frame makes Morenzy less of a villain and more of an 'ard bastard. 5 Points GemLil's rating:
![]() Le Chiffre Points straight away for the left-side ensemble. This scar has left Le Chiffre's eye in a bad way. I couldn't keep my rage away from MDF Craig for long, but I didn't notice a scar related rant. There is little to no pride shown in this facial friend, which is saddening to say the least. You can't avoid the prominence of this guys accent but the scar itself could be bigger. Anyone who has seen this movie in HD will know that Daniel Craig's face looks like the surface of the moon, so no points for a clear faced rival either. The lack of point just goes to prove, the scar doesn't make the man, the man makes the scar. 5 Points GemLil's rating:
King LeonidasSpartan King and alpha male Leonidas poses a great left ensemble here. Although his manliness does somewhat detract from the impressiveness of the scar. This little gem was inflicted after a massive encounter with the Uber Immortal 5 Points GemLil's rating:
![]() Nikolai Here we meet Viggo Mortensen portraying a fine example of the eastern block, scarred man. Mobs wars very rarely guarantee fair faced rivals, however the left side cheek scar gains him a point, but the lack of any real dwelling on the scar lets Mr Nikolai down. 4 Points GemLil's rating:
![]() Crater Face Severe acne scarring, is scarring none the less. Not as menacing as the straight line I give you, but young Mr Face has been given this cruel nickname as a testament to said scarring. His rival Danny is also remarkably well turned out for a teen, albeit a teen played by a 30 year old. However these scars can be overcome with a bit of attention and grooming, one of the lowest on the scar scale. 4 Points GemLil's rating:

Description
Yeah we all know about Harry Potter but when evil meets facial deformity...the consequences are often legendary. "Evil as plain as the scar on his face!" Points See also: Kryptic Centurion's One-eyed list
