One of the funniest/most interesting things about the GC is that it wasn't much for RPGs, but was the only system that had one of the greatest RPGs ive ever played: Tales of Symphonia.

I can't believe you put the Baten Kaitos games and Skies of Arcadia so low on the list! Oh well, whatever floats the proverbial canoe, eh?

The GameCube didn't have a huge selection of RPGs although Tales of Symphonia was one of the best games of all time in my opinion. Although I would classify Zelda more as a Adventure / Platformer though.
