Freddy Got Fingered is brutally misunderstand. It's anti art statement, a gob of spit in the face of Oscar bait "perfection" and the Hollywood excess of film makers like Affronsky and Nolan, an act of provacation against the brainless masses. Tom Green is singular in his views on comedy (which is why people hate him (afterall, nothing angers the public more than a man making art for himself as opposed to their sterile conception of it)) and expresses his ideals without ever yielding to the general public in "Freddy Gor Fingered". I'm not exactly sure how I feel about his views on comedy, but isn't a film maker passionately expressing his dubious ideals more interesting and admirable than some constructed film designed to please the eyes and offer escapism as opposed to say anything new or interesting. "Avatar", "The Dark Knight", "Forrest Gump"; all blatant offenders of this, but would any of those get put up for such as title? No, because they were cynically designed by directors who could give an illusion of depth and greatness, that the brainless public fail to see is so paper thin. At least "Freddy Got Fingered" is a work of sincerity
Meet the Spartans is the worst of the worst, awful film, complete waste of time to watch. Whoever came up with the idea to make the film should have their balls tied to a helicopter blade, just before take off.
Anyways, Thank God I've Seen Only A Few Of These!
but there are a few that I did actually like :)
Just had to say that
