Quentin Tarantino - Best to Worst

Pulp Fiction (1994)
Not much to say here, aside from it's a great movie and it's one of my top 40 favorites of all time. My favorite scene is when Jules (Samuel L. Jackson) quotes from the Bible and becomes angry and intimidating.
Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003)
This movie kicks tons of ass! It has great fight scenes, an anime segment, dark humor, and good bloody entertainment. What's not to like about that? The movie itself is just plain awesome fun.
Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004)
The film may be less fight-oriented than the last one, though. But it still delivers intense and shining moments. And the final minutes of the fight scene between the Bride (Uma Thurman) and Elle Driver (Daryl Hannah) is so heart-pounding.
Django Unchained (2012)
It has dozens of funny moments and instantly quotable lines. Having Leonardo DiCaprio playing a villainous slave owner shows that he does have range when it comes to playing different characters.
Reservoir Dogs (1992)
"Are you gonna bark all day, little doggie? Or are you gonna bite?"
Great line right there.
Great line right there.
Inglourious Basterds (2009)
This movie does feature a great climax.
The Hateful Eight (2015)
The first half is a bit slow-paced. But it gets real interesting in the second half. Regardless, it does feature a great cast and some fabulously violent and darkly funny moments, just like Tarantino's other movies.
Jackie Brown (1997)
It is a well-acted film, but the first two acts are so slow-paced. It's one of those movies that I won't likely to watch again. Although I do applaud Tarantino for doing an adaptation; something that's totally different from the rest of his resume.
Death Proof (2007)
I really don't blame Mr. Tarantino for saying that's his least favorite work. Kurt Russell was underplayed. The female characters are one-dimensional. The expositional dialogue isn't that interesting. And it's boring, slow-paced, and self-indulgent. The only good things, however, are Kurt Russell, the third act that involves that car chase sequence, and the soundtrack.
