No Resident Evil saga, no other zombie flicks, no children's films, no serious tries on drama or art (for example Children of Men is a film with certainly a post-apo setting and state-of-mind but in many ways it just doesn't really belong in the genre, if you catch my drift). Only exception is the Mad Max saga. Setting a scifi film in to the future doesn't make it a post-apo film. The end of the world alone doesn't make a post-apo film.
Instead, these are the things which in combination really make a post-apo film: exploitation in general, desert, American cars from the 70s, mullets, gory action, Italian directors, hammy acting, Harley-Davidsons, Fred Williamson, mutants, violent gangs and big tits. Some of the inclusions on this list are debatable because I haven't seen all of them and made the decisions mostly by looking at screenshots. The Survivalist is an example of a film like that. Suggestions and corrections are appreciated.
And certainly NO post-post-apocalypse films (after 90s), even if they are good!
Yeah, and there is no Empire of Ash II. Just I (which failed commercially and was published the second time under the name Empire of Ash II) and III.

Grindhouse Experience vol. 2 -boksissa Atlantis Interceptors on ainakin luokiteltu post-apocalypseen, mutta tottahan leffan tapahtumien irrallisuus ydinsodasta tosiaan on (toisaalta kuten itsekin totesit, sama pätee myös moneen muuhun listalta löytyvään pätkään).
Ai niin, ja mikäli ei puhuta jo liian kökkökauhuksi luokiteltavasta roskasta, voisi vielä Mattein Ratsinkin lisätä tuonne joukon jatkoksi, siitä ainakin löytyy yksi jos toinenkin genren peruselementti: pommien paskaksi pistämä miljöö, motskarijengit, sekä tietysti post-apojen vakiokalustoon kuuluvat liekinheittimetkin.
You're missing Escape From New York, Escape From L.A., A Boy and His Dog, Radioactive Dreams, I Am Legend (pick a version), and all 5 Planet of the Apes movies (not counting the remake, which sucked), just to name a few. Good start though!
Prayer for the Roller Boys seems to have all of your high end requirements...at least the mullets. No buggies, but a lot of rollerblades. And the plus of one of the Coreys! You've got to include that!
Transom: Some of the films you have mentioned do not fill the requirements. They are either too big-budgeted or too new or old or too mainstream. They do not fit well in the exploitation genre post-apocalypse.

Radioactive Dreams suits this list well from what I've read. Thanks. Escape from New York and L.A. were not first on this list because of their budgets but I will now include them because of the inspiration they have given to film makers (like Mad Max trilogy).
