Casting main Batman villains
Daniel day lewis
 8.5 Joker
 Let's face it, Heath Ledger did a great job as Joker, but he wasn't the "Joker" Joker, he was more like "Nolan type of characters" Joker. Daniel Day-Lewis is brilliant actor and he has the physical appearance of the Joker, and that's why he is my first choice for this part. Nolan's Joker is a fascinating character, but Gotham deserves the Joker as it was originaly designed. 
6.5 Edward Nygma/The Riddler
 David Hyde Pierce has the looks of somone with superior intellect, he has the ability to play psychopathic roles and above all he can be funny and serious simultaneously, and that's why he is my choice for this part. After Jim Carrey, you just can't go wrong... 
8.3 Harvey Dent/Two-Face
 Michael Fassbender is one of the most underrated actors. He is briliant and he has the ability to play this kind of characters. Above all, I allways imagined Harvey Dent like Michel, and that's why he is my choice for this part. the count's rating:
 
7.9 Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel/Harley Quinn
 Ah, Helena. She is my favourite actress. She has a physical appearance of Harley Quinn, and she is my only choice for this part. I just love her. the count's rating:
7.8 Pamela Lillian Isley/Poison Ivy
 Let's face it, she is a brilliant actress and she is most definitely hot enough for this part. After seeing her in a role of Galadriel it hit me: "she can be mysterious, she has the looks, she can be seductive, she is just perfect for Ivy" And of course, after Uma Thurman, you just can't go wrong... 
8.2 Roman Sionis/Black Mask
 Actor that will play Roman Sionis must be a bit older because Roman was friend of Thomas Wayne, he must seem welthy, he must look smart and he must pull off the part of an underground crime lord. Kevin Spacey is a brilliant actor, one of my very favorites, and I think that he is most suitable for this part. the count's rating:
7.5 Dr. Jonathan Crane/Scarecrow
 No particular reason. I just always imagined Dr. Crane as Joaquin... 
7.7 Selina Kyle/Catwoman
 Michelle Pfeiffer did a brilliant job. She set up almost unreachable standard. If anyone has the ability to break that standard, it's Kate Beckinsale... 
7.8 Ra's al Ghul
 I always thought that he could do a lot better than Liam Neeson. He certainly looks more like Ra's... 
8.4 Victor Zsasz
 He always seemed to me like the most logical choice for Zsasz. the count's rating:
8 Bane
 I have trust in Nolan's judgment... You can't say that Hardy is not good... the count's rating:
8.7 Jason Todd/Red Hood
 I think that he is suitable to play Robin, and since Jason Todd (the second robin) is actually Red Hood he must also be suiatble for that part... the count's rating:
7.7 Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot/Penguin
 Tim Burton created a brilliant character, but also disgusting one. I couldn't stand DeVito's penguin. I think that Philip could be the penguin as it sholuld be... 
7.6 Arthur Brown/Cluemaster
 Cluemaster was not yet put on a screen, so there is no one to compare my choice with... I guess physical resemblance should be enough... 
7.1 Floyd Lawton/Deadshot
 He did the Bullseye pretty well, I would like to see him as Deadshot next... 
6.4 Garfield Lynns/Firefly
 Not a well known villain. I'm not even sure why i picked Snipes. He just poped on my mind... :D 
6.2 Julian Gregory Day/Calendar Man
 I allways pictured Calendar Man to look a bit like dr. Evil... :D :p 
7.2 Dr. Thomas Elliot/Hush
 Knowing that he was Bruce Wayne's childhood friend, he would have to be same age as Bruce himself. Eric Bana is the most logical choice to many people, so I have also accepted him as such... :D 
6.9 Basil Karlo/Clayface
 It's quite simple actually.... He is big enough and he has a bit messed up face... :D 
5.6 Waylon Jones/Killer Croc
 After seeing him in underworld, I thought: "he is made for Killer Croc". 
7.8 Maxie Zeus
 Maxie Zeus is one of the worst batman villains, but Jeff could make him intersesting... 
7.9 Dr. Victor Fries/Mr. Freeze
 Arnold wasn't as bad as people think he was. Main problem in Batman & Robin was scenario. (C'mon, after you look at George Clooney, Uma Thurman, Alicia Silverstone and Jeep Swenson, you realize that Arnold Schwarzenegger was a brightspot of the movie.) He isn't Mr. Freeze as I imagined him to be, but he could pull it off quite nicely. About Freeze as I see him: Ben Kingsley, Ben Kingsley, Ben Kingsley and only Ben Kingsley... 
8.2 Lonnie Machin/Anarky
 Yes, I know that Anarky is just a kid, but for my movie, I would change this character a bit. Hugh Laurie is perfect for "Anarky as he should be by my opinion". 
7.7 Arnold Wesker/Ventriloquist
 Buscemi wanted to be a ventriloquist as a child, and I would be more than delighted to make his dream come true. He most certainly has the face for it... the count's rating:
7.5 Warren White/Great White Shark
 Let's see. Both of them are badass, and physical resemblance is nonnegligible... 
8.7 Alberto Falcone
 Joseph is fine actor, but this choice is based simply on physical resemblance... 
8.1 Talia al Ghul
 If you have to ask why, don't expect the answer. I think it's obvious enough. She is my only choice... the count's rating:

 Ian McKellen as Falcone? Why not? Tom Wilkinson did a great job, but I think that Ian is a bit more suitable... |

I have doubts on Mr. Freeze though...
But I totally disagree with the whole Joker/Scarcrow thing. I thought Ledger and Murphy were perfect for the roles.
I could agree on the fact that Ledger was more Nolan less comic book villain.
But they were still great.
But if I did choose a Joker, I thought I may have put RDJ in the role or he may be good as 2 face, IDK... What do you think?
