I'm not sure if you're counting halfbloods, but Michael Fassbender is half Irish...

And I'm sure Daniel Day-Lewis and Rowan Atkinson deserve mentioning. But hey, It's your list... ;))

Yes, I know, but he is from Ireland not Nothern Ireland so it's not in UK. :\

I agree for Rowan ( he made me laugh more than once ! ), but I have to admit I never seen any movie from Day-Lewis. :s

Actually, he was born in Germany, as his father is German, but his mother is from Larne which is in Northern Ireland... ;)
