Good list but what About Ashlee Simpson and as Anastasia said already Jennifer Grey.
I wasnt aware some of the girls had surgery!! WOW :D

This list makes me kind of sad. It is a great list, however.

In most of these cases, the actor has lost a bit of their natural character in an effort to conform to what is thought of as "ideal." But that's Hollywood for you. Jennifer Aniston had a great nose - it made her stand out. And now that is lost. She looks beautiful, sure, but she kind of blends in with the rest of the pack. I'm not sure that is what we want.

You forgot to add Michelle Pfeiffer who had several nose jobs,and like many on this list had a nice nose to begin with and several people have pointed out she made it too small for her face afterwards.

Also, the first picture of ugly trout lipped Angelina Jolie is already after she had at least one nose job. Post pictures of her as a teen and you will see it was wider then.

I hate how hollywood gets people to believe that being fake is beautiful. When I find out someone has had plastic surgery I lose some respect for them and don't see them as beautiful as they only are because of a doctors knife.

I don't think I loose respect for them I just never understand why they would do it. You'd think they'd realize it fucks up your face after 1000 failures making celebrities look horrifying. But some like Jennifer Connelly they don't look half bad. That is all.

I don't think Julia Roberts, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Connelly,d Angelina Jolie and many that you've mentioned here had had any surgery. Maybe it's just the angles of the pics....

This list should be named 'the most improved noses of celebrities' except for the Jacksons, who just went way too far and disfigured themselves.

A majority of them look the same. The only reason their noses look a little different is because in one picture they're smiling, and in the other they have a straight face.
