Everyone's least favourite music magazine publishes a list of the coolest music celebrities of 2008. You may disagree with every single choice, but when it's only used for Never Mind the Buzzcocks gags anyway, you'll realise it's not all that important.

A testament to how gifted they were at predicting cool people last year, only 5 of the top 20 coolest people in 2008 were cool in 2007.
