When i was a child the girl from Poltergeist used to scared me, she looked so extremely strange! =O

That wolf from Never ending story scared the living crap out of me as a kid! Great list. The only other one I'd include on here would be the Skecksies (spelling?)...those whiny bird creatures from The Dark Crystal.

I will add the Dark Crystal ~ it's one of those movies I've never fully watched, though I can see the skeksis scaring kids, esp. the death scene where the face crumbles :-/
